  1. Wow…these are the great tips for keep in track of our fitness in the holiday. Thanks for sharing. I love the protein almonds very much!

  2. Glad to come across this post. I am working out 5 days a week and trying super hard to eat clean as I dont want my hard work gone to the drain if I dont eat clean. However, I have sweet tooth and like to munch on food every 3-4 hours. I eat about 5 meals a day. Having good snacks are so crucial. I like protein cake bite and hoping to get some from ON website.

  3. The optium snacks look delicious! I try to eat a fair amount of protein as I think it gives me energy. It’s always a great idea to have snacks on hand, that is always my downfall when I am out and about and starving…. I end up eating junk. I wonder how many carbs are these snacks?

  4. It is so hard to stay on track sometimes during the holidays. The protein snacks look really good. I shouldn’t have an issue staying active because I have 5 kids. I do my best to stay on track by not overeating at all the special holiday get-togethers. These are great tips!

  5. I have tried the protein bars before when it comes to boosting fitness. They haven’t worked too well for me. But I think it would be better if I were more consistent in my weightlifting. These do look delicious though.

  6. The temptations are plentiful this time of year! It seems like there’s a cookie tray around every corner. Having a plan and healthy snacks on hand can be the saving grace.
