  2. Glad to come across this post. I am working out 5 days a week and trying super hard to eat clean as I dont want my hard work gone to the drain if I dont eat clean. However, I have sweet tooth and like to munch on food every 3-4 hours. I eat about 5 meals a day. Having good snacks are so crucial. I like protein cake bite and hoping to get some from ON website.

  3. The optium snacks look delicious! I try to eat a fair amount of protein as I think it gives me energy. It’s always a great idea to have snacks on hand, that is always my downfall when I am out and about and starving…. I end up eating junk. I wonder how many carbs are these snacks?

  5. I have tried the protein bars before when it comes to boosting fitness. They haven’t worked too well for me. But I think it would be better if I were more consistent in my weightlifting. These do look delicious though.
