  1. This is excellent info, and anyone looking to buy a home should read it. When we applied for our mortgage, we had everything in order, and it was still a bit of a stressball going through it. This is going to help a lot of people.

  2. Applying for a mortgage is no easy task. I have done 3 over them so far and it seems they were all different and something I missed at the beginning. Read all the small print and take your time. DO NOT RUSH!
