Keep It Simple

Keep things simple and focus on your goal. Have a clear idea of how you are going to reach that goal without getting too specific. It’s hard to stick to going to the gym 5 days a week. If you can’t make it to the gym on a certain day you can still go out to walk or do simple things like parking your car far from the store or taking the stairs. And on the weekends focus on activities that make you move like hiking. The same goes for eating healthier. Keeping things simple will set you up for success!
