AD Day of the Dead Party Free Printable & Spicy Mango Dipping Sauce Recipe

These Day of the Dead party printables will make any Dia de los Muertos party come to life (no pun intended).  You can use the fry boxes for lots of different party appetizers (I chose Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and State Fair® Mini Corn Dogs). The sugar skull and flower printables can be used to decorate straws or you can glue them to the end of toothpicks or even as cupcake toppers.

In contrast to Halloween the Day of the Dead is a day to celebrate those family members who are no longer with us; it’s really a celebration of life. That is why Day of the Dead celebrations and decorations are filled with bright and lively colors.  Besides the printables which you can download HERE I also used a Day of the Dead mini piñata garland I had made a few days ago.  

When it comes to food you don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen to prepare party appetizers that everyone will love. I chose two of my favorite products from the freezer isle at Sam’s Club: Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and State Fair® Mini Corn Dogs and created a delicious spicy mango dipping sauce to go along with them.

This mango mustard dipping sauce brings together the sweetness of the mango and the tropical flavor of the coconut with the sharp flavor of the mustard and the smoky spiciness of the chipotle. The best part is that you can prepare this in just minutes.

Spicy Mango Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 cups chopped mango
• 2 tablespoons agave syrup
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 2 tablespoons coconut milk
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon dried chipotle

Instructions

1. Place the mango, agave syrup, lime juice, coconut milk, mustard and chipotle in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Place on a serving dish and use as dipping sauce.

Whether you are celebrating the Day of the Dead or throwing a Dia de los Muertos Halloween themed party these printables and mango mustard dip will be a great hit.

When it comes to parties I always buy most of the food at Sam’s Club because I can save a lot by getting the large packages of my favorites like Tyson Chicken Nuggets and State Fair Mini Corn Dogs which are perfect to feed a crowd.
