La receta que encontrar\u00e1s aqu\u00ed es de fiambre rojo, muy similar a la que mi abuela sol\u00eda hacer.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muchos guatemaltecos agregan pescado, anchoas e incluso camarones al fiambre, pero yo lo prefiero sin pescado ni mariscos. Aunque siempre comemos la versi\u00f3n roja en mi casa, el fiambre blanco tambi\u00e9n es muy delicioso y un poco m\u00e1s dulce.
