Healthy Rice Pudding (Arroz con Leche Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of brown rice
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cinammon stick
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • zest from one orange

Instructions

  1. Add milk, rice, honey and cinnamon stick to a saucepan. Heat until boiling softly.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until milk has reduced and the rice is to your desired consistency.
