Ingredients

Barilla® Penne pasta

1/4-inch-diced pineapple

grape tomatoes
cut in half

Hass avocados
cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/4

chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2
teaspoons
minced fresh jalapeño chile
including seeds

tablespoons
fresh lime juice

tablespoons
fresh orange juice

tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
2
tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions,
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and toss. Let cool, you can put in the refrigerator covered for 15-20min.
In a large bowl combine all other ingredients and mix carefully.
Add pasta to the bowl and toss.
Sprinkle with more freshly chopped cilantro.
