In a sauce pan stir fry the mushrooms seasoning them to your taste. I added some paprika, salt, pepper and dried garlic.

Smash the avocado with a fork, add the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

In a food processor combine the cream and cilantro. Pulse a few times until you have a smooth mixture.

Spread some avocado on the toasts, top that with a tablespoon of Pace Salsa.

Add a few mushrooms, drizzle with the cilantro cream and top with crumbled Queso Fresco.

Garnish with fresh chives or cilantro.
