Hamburgers With Spicy Pomegranate And Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 Ball Park Flame Grilled Patties
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 can of mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 Hass avocados cut into cubes
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 jalapeño peppers seeded and membranes removed, finely diced
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Fold together carefully until well combined making sure not to smash the avocado.
  3. Toast the hamburger buns in the oven.
  4. Heat the patties in the microwave.
  5. Place the hamburger patties on the bun and top with the spicy pomegranate and avocado salsa.
