Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Coffee Mate Light Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 2 scoops of low fat vanilla ice cream
  • 3 tablespoons stevia or other low calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons Nescafe Clásico instant coffee
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Nescafe Clásico in the hot water and place in the freezer until cold.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a couple splashes of Light Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mate. If it is too thin, add a little more ice cream and pulse to smooth out.
  4. Pour into two glasses.
