Pour water, orange juice and sugar in a medium sauce pan.

Bring to a boil and stirring until sugar dissolves.

Add cranberries and lower heat.

Let them simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries have popped.

Remove from heat, add mango pieces and stir.

Let cool.

Slice each cinnamon roll of dough into four pie-like triangles. Then pinch the edges together to make a little round mini cinnamon bite.

Put the cinnamon bites into a mini cupcake baking pan and bake for aprox 8 minutes or until golden brown.I sprayed the pan with non-stick spray but you can also use mini cupcake liners.

Once the mini cinnamon bites are out of the oven place them in mini cupcake liners.

Add a spoonful of cranberry mango sauce and drizzle with frosting while they are still warm.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
