These little cinnamon bites where so good! Everyone loved them and they were gone in no time. The cranberry mango sauce gave them a festive, holiday taste while still including some of those tropical flavors that always remind me of spending Christmas back home in Guatemala with my family. Their small size made these perfect for entertaining as people could just pop them in their mouth and there was no mess.

We always buy Pillsbury cinnamon rolls and cookie dough at our neighborhood Walmart and keep it in the fridge so that we can just pot it out and bake something delicious in no time if we have unexpected holiday guests!
