Skinny Turkey and Mango Salad Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oscar Mayer Selects Natural Applewood Smoked Turkey
  • 4 Hass avocados cut in half seed removed
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup mango cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup celery diced (about 3 stalks)
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of tajín seasoning or substitute tajín for ¼ tablespoon dried chipotle ¼ tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Dice the Oscar Mayer Selects Natural Applewood Smoked Turkey into.
  2. In a bowl mix the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the mango, celery and red onion and fold into the turkey salad.
  5. Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed.
  6. Place two tablespoons of turkey mango salad on each half of the avocado.
  7. Top with fresh cilantro and tajín seasoning.
