Beauty Tips for Successful Women – Consejos de Belleza Para Mujeres Exitosas

First impressions are specially important when it comes to business.  Weather you are attending a conference or meeting with a client, the way that you present yourself will influence people’s perception of you.  To get the best results start by focus on the things people notice first:

• Your hair.  Keep your hair healthy and shiny.  Your hair is the first think that people notice so make sure to keep it healthy by using products that will harm your hair and leave it dull.  If you are starting to show some gray hairs, just like I am, there is no need to spend lots of money at the hair salon. You can die your hair at home using a product Garnier Olia Oil Powered Permanent Color that keeps your hair healthy and shiny and contains no ammonia.  To keep tame fly aways use a fly away tamer, if you don’t have one at hand patting them down with a fabric softener sheet or rubbing a few drops of lotion on your hands and then smoothing the strands with your fingertips also works.
• Your  skin.  A clear and glowing complexion doesn’t only make you look great but it also reflects that you take care of yourself and people perceive it as a sign of good physical and mental health.  For healthy clear skin stick to a morning and evening cleansing and moisturizing routine, get plenty of rest and never skip sun protection.  Make sure to get rid of dead skin cells by exfoliating your skin at least once per week and nourish your skin from the inside by eating foods high in antioxidants and vitamins and staying away from fast foods and processed foods filled with chemicals and dyes.

Las primeras impresiones son especialmente importantes en el ámbito profesional.  Ya sea que estes asistiendo a una conferencia o event o tengas una reunion con un cliente, la forma en que te ves tiene una gran influencia en la perception que las personas tienen de ti. Para lograr los mejores resultados enfócate en las areas que las personas ven primero:

• El pelo. Mantenlo saludable y brillante.  Tu pelo es en lo primero que las personas se fijan y para mantenerlo saludable usa productos que no lo dañen o lo dejan opaco. Si ya tienes algunas canitas como yo no hay necesidad de gastar grandes cantidades de dinero para teñirte el cabello.  Puedes hacerlo en casa  usando Olia Oil Powered Permanent Color que mantiene tu pelo furze, saludable y brillante y no contiene ammonia.  Para mantener esos pelitos en su lugar puedes utilizar un “flyaway tamer”, si no tienes uno a la mano usa una hoja de sauvizador de telas o aplícate crema de manos y pásate los dedos por el cabello.
• Tu piel. Una piel limpia y saludable no solamente te hace verte bien sino que también refleja que te cuidas y las personas lo perciben como una señal de que estas saludable física y emocionalmente. Para lograr una piel saludable y libre de acné mantén una rutina de limpieza diaria, no olvides utilizar un humectante dos veces al día, descansa y no te olvides de usar protector solar.  Aseguraté de remover las células muertas exfoliando al menos una vez por semana y alimenta tu piel desde el interior comiendo alimentos ricos en antioxidantes y vitaminas y eliminando los alimentos procesados que contiene químicos y colorantes.
