As Mother Day approaches I am really excited to share with you a wonderful way in which you can honor mothers and at the same time help raise funds for Save the Children, a global children’s humanitarian organization.
Johnson Baby Cares recently launched Johnson’s Baby Care Cards an e-card platform which lets you make and send e-cards to mothers everywhere. For each card that is sent, shared or liked, JOHNSON’S® Baby will donate $1.00* to Save the Children® up to $150,000.
Being a mom is the most rewarding and amazing job in the world, but it’s also tough specially if you are a first time mom or have babies. Sometime moms could use some encouragement. When my kids where babies I know I had some difficult moments and wished they came with a set of instructions. Back then the words of encouragement and the advice from other moms always made me feel better, I could relate to other mom’s and their advice and support reassured me that I was doing a good job, encouraged me immensely and made such a great difference!
I went over to Johnson’s Facebook page and made a bunch of cards for all the mommies I know. I made a very special one for my best friend who has had a rough time with her child who suffers from respiratory problems. She has truly done an amazing job and I admire her so much. Her son and my daughter are the same age and I can’t imagine what it’s like for your child to be hospitalized at least a couple of time a year. Every time he gets a cold she fears it will become something more serious and they will end up at the ER again. She is truly amazing and on this Mother’s Day I want her to know how much she is appreciated and what an awesome mom she is.
