CookiesKids.com: Getting My Kids Ready for Fall with Great Clothes!

Kids grow so fast and with the weather starting to get chilly it’s time to update their wardrobe and get some fall clothes to keep them cozy and warm. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review the clothes at Cookie’s Kids. Cookie’s Kids. Cookie’s Kids is celebrating their 40th year of business! Opened in 1972 by Cookie and his brother Marvin in Queens, Cookies has grown and expanded. Today Cookies sells not only the latest in kids fashion but also shoes, toys, backpacks, uniforms and accessories at it’s 7 stores in the NYC area and on CookiesKids.com website.

I had never been on the Cookie’s Kids website and loved the selection and the great prices.

CookiesKids.com has such a big selection that I spend a long time browsing first through the boy’s section and them through the girl’s. I looked at clothing, shoes and jackets. On the website there are many ways to search, you can search by size, look at the staff recommendations or search by brand. Besides having clothes for babies and kids up to 16 years from great brands like Kenneth Cole Reaction, Guess, Nautica, etc., CookiesKids.com also has shoes, school uniforms and a great selection of toys. On this occasion I am shopping for fall clothing but I will certainly come back and browse the toy section as the Holidays approach. You can check out pictures of my complete online shopping spree on my Google+ Album HERE.

It’s funny but he is just as picky when it comes to clothes as his sister who is 7 so I had to get his opinion before making any purchases. I really like that there is a section that gives you sets so I don’t have spend too much time picking out things that match.

A great selection and love the sets!

He wanted something that had red in it and I was happy to oblige with this great three piece set from Urban Extreme at only $14.99! When it came to choosing the right size for him I clicked on the Alva Kids icon by the size option. There you can specify you child’s age, height, weight and built (my little man is regular while my little girl is skinny and has long legs). According to your child’s specifications the Alva Kids sizing option will recommend the best size for him. The best part is that you can save each child’s information and that way you don’t have to be guessing what size will fit better because CookiesKids.com website tells you which size to pick for each child for that particular item.

My daughter picked a festive three piece set from Pogo Club. I love this shirt dress with sequins and the fun leopard print leggings and headband. She does not like to wear dresses and this three piece set is super feminine and comfortable and she just looks beautiful with it. This set was $19.99.

When I checked out I was pleasantly surprised by a free subscription to Family Fun Magazine. I am always weary of these subscriptions deal and was happy to read that my credit card number is not being shared and that not only is this a paid subscription with no hidden charges, obligations or renewals but if I am not interested in the magazine I can send a copy of my order confirmation and get a $9.99 rebate! With my purchase I also received a $25 Restaurants.com Gift Card!

I am really happy with my purchases. For $30 including shipping I got one three piece outfit for each one of my kids. The delivery was quite fast and the clothes are even better than what I expected, they certainly look better in person than online. I got my eye on some beautiful jackets for winter so I will be back on CookiesKids.com soon!
