My kids are both huge Curious George fans and with Halloween just around the corner they where super excited when we got the new Curious George movie: Curious George Halloween Boo Fest. Along with the movie we also got a bilingual Curious George book, some fun games, activities and coloring pages.
We decided to have ourselves an early Halloween party and enjoyed a family movie night together. Just like George my kids really enjoy visiting pumpkin patches, pumpkin carving, getting dressed up in fun costumes and having some not-too-scary spooky fun.
The movie was lots of fun and my kids where laughing and really enjoying themselves with all the mischief and fun adventures Curious George gets into. After viewing the movie we had some fun ourselves. The kids dressed up in their super hero pajamas and we played with the finger puppets that where included in the back of the book. We also downloaded and printed Curious George masks.

About the Movie: Curious George Boo Fest
Head to Renkins’ Farm and join Curious George as he searches for No Noggin in this special Halloween themed movie. Hang on to your hats and get ready for a spook-tacular good time, with Curious George. Autumn is here, bringing colorful leaves, hay rides, pumpkin patches, and the annual Boo Festival. After hearing about a legendary scarecrow who steals hats, Curios George and his friends set out to find him. By the time he gets to the festival, George realizes that it’s not always easy to pick the perfect pumpkin, and that winning the prize for Best Costume may be as difficult as catching No Noggin.
[important]This is the first-ever Curious George Halloween special and it airs on PBS KIDS, October 28. The DVD available in stores now.[/important]
