As we leave summer behind and welcome fall I am really excited to see some cooler weather. Since I live in Florida I don’t really get to enjoy the beautiful fall colors but I do take advantage of the fall flavors, specially pumpkin. During fall I love to add some sweet pumpkin flavor to many of my foods from pancakes to drinks. I had not realized though, that the easiest way to add some delicious pumpkin to your favorite foods is by mixing in some pumpkin butter rather than just pumpkin puree.
So this fall I decided to make my own pumpkin butter and I was so impressed by how easy and delicious it came out that I wanted to share it with you.
