Ready for Spring and Summer With Boho Inspired Finds

Bohemian style tops are always on trend come springtime, they’re perfect for a music festival, for a trip to the farmers market or for a summer day. I’ve always had a thing for romantic tops and I’m a big fan of boho pieces inspired by the 70’s hippie style with ethnic touches, flowing silhouettes and tassels. Besides they’re perfect for pairing with some of the unique pieces I have picked up in my travels, like the handmade leather shoes I got in Marrakech.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find some beautiful boho style tops as part of Walmart’s new assortment of spring fashion and I can’t get over how affordable they were. I also snagged a lovely floppy hat lovely floppy hat that I know I’ll be wearing all spring and summer long and it was less than $10! And did you know that Walmart has free two -day shipping on any order over $35?!

I got an embroidered smock neck top from Time and True that is light and airy yet romantic. I love this peasant top’s tassel details and geometric ethnic inspired embroidered details and it’s stylish bubble sleeves and mandarin neckline. Its breathable fabric keeps me cool even on really hot days while it also protects my skin from the sun.

This boho-chic top looks unique and stylish, yet it’s as comfortable as a t-shirt. I got one in white but there are lots of other colors and I’m eying the pink and the baby blue colors. I paired the top with some jeans and a cute floppy hat, also from Time and True, I still can’t get over the fact that this hat was under $10.

I also got an embroidered neck top from Time and True in a beautiful navy blue color. It has beautiful embroidered details and tassel details on the sleeves. It’s so feminine and I love how soft and comfortable it is. My daughter grabbed it as soon as it arrived but she knows she’s gonna have to share it with me!

It goes great with denim and you can wear it with regular jeans during cooler days or pair with white denim and a floppy hat as you transition into spring. It also looks great with basic white shorts giving you a beach-ready look that goes beyond the simple tank top.

I love the casual yet romantic nature of these boho-inspired pieces. They are so versatile and go well with denim, shorts or a skirt so you can style them in many different ways. They are also great to transition from day to night and you can dress them up or down depending on the occasion.

I also love that they look stylish and on trend at any age no matter if you’re in your teens or your 40’s. Now that my daughter is wearing the same size as me (gasp! how did that happen?) I am making sure that I buy some pieces we both can wear. In this way, I’m stretching my budget and we both end up with more clothes because we’re sharing.

I only had brothers growing up and I love that I can now share clothes with my daughter, it really helps that we both love boho-inspired pieces and have a similar style. And with these beautiful tops, we’re able to still pull off a mom and daughter look that we both love.

I loved that I was able to find clothing that goes with my unique personal style and lets me embrace my inner-hippie at such affordable prices at Walmart.
