One of the most popular recipes we have in the blog is for a cookie fruit pizza we made for Day of the Dead a few years ago. And mini cookie fruit pizzas remain one of our favorite things to make with the kids but we had never tried making a chocolate cookie pizza until now.
The result was so much better than we ever hoped for. The combination of the soft and chewy double chocolate cookies with the light, sweet and creamy yogurt cream cheese frosting, and the fresh fruit is to die for.
These make for a great after school snack, dessert or sweet treat anytime. They are also a great option for a cookie exchange party and the perfect Christmas cookie recipe. They are ready in no time and they not only taste great but also look impressive.
To make these you can use any fruit you have in the house. We used mango, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and kiwi.
