Summer is a time for having fun and making wonderful memories with your family. This summer our family has been quite busy traveling and doing fun activities outdoors. I tried one of the recipes from SlimFast and made the Berry Sexy Vanilla cocktail. I have to say it was delicious and the best part was that it only took me a couple of minutes to make it. The smooth texture and creamy berry taste was perfectly paired with the ginger and honey to give it just the right amount of sweetness and spice.
Berry Sexy Vanilla Sunrise Mocktail
- 2 ounce Slim-Fast French Vanilla Shake
- 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1-2 pieces of fresh ginger – to taste
- 1 tsp agave syrup or 1 tsp honey
- 1 ice cube; add more as needed for smooth consistency
- Additional berries for garnish
- for a cocktail version add 1 oz white run or 1 oz raspberry rum
