Another one of my goals is to focus more time on taking care of myself. As a mom, I often put myself last and I realize that this needs to change. That is why I’m focusing on starting my day by setting my intentions and I’m also practicing mindfulness.

I take a probiotic drink everyday and that helps me with my GI issues. However, I know that is not enough to promote a healthy lifestyle.
