These caramel latte popsicles with coconut and chocolate drizzle are the perfect way to enjoy your creamy latte this summer!
In our house coffee always has to be creamy and sweet and that is why we always have Dunkin’ Donuts® Creamers in the fridge. Dunkin’ Donuts® Creamers Dunkin’ Donuts® Creamers is made with skim milk, real sugar and cream for a lightly sweet touch and it brings out the very best in all your favorite coffees. Starting off the day with a creamy latte is a must but when the afternoon comes around and the weather gets too hot, latte popsicles are a refreshing and sweet treat.
The temperature here in Florida is rising quickly and with summer comes the craving to drink delicious ice cold lattes. But this time I decided to do something different and create refreshing ice cold latte popsicles, because there are lots of great ways to enjoy your coffee this summer!
To make these latte popsicles I was sure to use lots of Dunkin’ Donuts® Caramel creamer, which not only gave the popsicles a creamy and soft texture but also added a sweet delicious caramel flavor. Dunkin’ Donuts® Caramel Creamer is made with only real cane sugar for an authentic caramel taste. It’s like stirring homemade caramel into your cup!
Caramel Latte Popsicles With Chocolate Drizzle
Ingredients for Popsicles
16 ounces of freshly brewed coffee, cold
1 cup of Dunkin’ Donuts® Caramel Creamer
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Ingredients or Chocolate Drizzle
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1.Mix the coffee, agave and Dunkin’ Donuts® Caramel Creamer.
2.Pour into popsicle molds.
3.Freeze for half an hour.
4.Remove from freezer and place a wooden stick into each popsicle mold.
5.Freeze for at least 4 hours.
6.Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
7.Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir.
8.Continue microwaving and stirring in 15 second intervals until the chocolate is smooth.
9.Let cool to room temperature.
10.Remove popsicles from freezer.
11.To unmold place molds in water warm water (not hot) for 20-30 seconds and the popsicles will slide right off.
12.Drizzle chocolate over popsicles with a spoon.
13.Once the popsicles are ready drizzle melted chocolate over them and sprinkled some shredded coconut to add a tropical flavor. You can also sprinkle with nuts instead of coconut to give these a crunchy layer.
14. Put back in the freezer for 20 minutes before serving.
