My daughter loves the ocean, she loves going to the beach and she loves eating all types of seafood from fish and shrimp to lobster and crab. She is very adventurous and always likes to try new things and I feel really proud that she is willing to experiment and that I can share with her my love of seafood
I recently shared with you my excitement about this year’s Lobsterfest, Red Lobster’s celebration of all things lobster. I love lobster and this is just the perfect opportunity, or should I say excuse, to enjoy lobster without breaking the bank.
We have been wanting to go since Lobsterfest started. We would like to treat daughter to something special and since she loves going out Red Lobster would be the perfect place. There are so many choices but since she likes lobster and crab I am sure that she would really love the Dueling Lobster Tails, a roasted Maine lobster tail topped with tender shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce paired with a golden-baked Maine lobster tail with crab-and-seafood stuffing. Served over mashed potatoes, roasted tomatoes and green beans.
I am a big fan of anything coconut so the Lobster in Paradise, a split Maine lobster tail fried in our signature coconut batter, spicy grilled shrimp and a lobster-and-shrimp bake topped with toasted crushed macadamia nuts would be my choice.
My husband of coarse would go for the Ultimate Surf and Turf: a Maine lobster tail baked with crab-and-seafood stuffing paired with a peppercorn-seasoned grilled sirloin topped with Maine lobster meat in a citrus-hollandaise sauce. Served over mashed potatoes, roasted tomatoes and green beans. Seriously what is it with guys and steak?
